MALAYSIAN TIMBER INDUSTRY BOARD (AMENDMENT OF THIRD SCHEDULE) ORDER 2011 PU(A) 382/2011 25 November 2011 Jil 55; No 24; 25 November 2011; Tambahan No 160; Perundangan (A) IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 6(1) and section 32 of the Malaysian Timber Industry Board (Incorporation) Act 1973[Act 105], the Minister, after consulting the Board, makes the following order: 1. Citation and commencement (1) This order may be cited as the Malaysian Timber Industry Board (Amendment of Third Schedule) Order 2011. (2) This Order comes into operation on 29 November 2011. 2. Amendment of Third Schedule The Third Schedule of the Malaysian Timber Industry Board (Incorporation) Act 1973 is amended by substituting for the words "Malaysian Furniture Industry Council (MFIC)" appearing under column Name, the words "Malaysian Furniture Council (MFC)".
