STATE OF SABAH I assent, TUN DATUK HAJI MOHD. SAID BIN KERUAK, Yang di-Pertua Negeri. 15TH SEPTEMBER, 1994. No. 7 of 1994 An Enactment to amend the Land Acquisition Ordinance (Cap. 69). ENACTED by the Legislature of the State of Sabah as follows: 1. This Enactment may be cited as the Land Acquisition Short title. (Amendment) Enactment, 1994. 38 No. 7 of 1994 Land Acquisition (Amendment) Aren~m211 2. Section 21 of the Land Acquisition Ordinance is hereby ~a;c69.n · amended by substituting a colon for the semi-colon appearing at the end of the proviso to paragraph ( a) and inserting immediately thereafter the following new further proviso: cap 68. "And provided further that the fact thatthe land is held under Part IV of the Land Ordinance or any other written law in the State relating to native land tenure shall be disregarded in determining the value of the land;".
