FISHERIES (PROHIBITED AREAS) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2002 PU(A) 381/2002 PREAMBLE IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 61 of the Fisheries Act 1985 [Act 317], the Minister makes the following regulations: 1. Citation. These regulations may be cited as the Fisheries (Prohibited Areas) (Amendment) Regulations 2002. 2. Amendment of Schedule. The Fisheries (Prohibited Areas) Regulations 1994 [P.U. (A) 402/94], which in these Regulations are referred to as the "principal Regulations", are amended in the Schedule by inserting after the words "Tanjung Tuan" in column (1) and the words "Maritime waters within one nautical mile from the outermost points of Tanjung Tuan, Malacca as measured at low water mark from Latitude 02° 24.86' North, Longitude 101° 51.53' East to Latitude 02° 24.95' North, Longitude 101° 51.38' East" in column (2) the following: "Tanjung Tuan 1Maritime waters within one outermost points of Tanjung Tuan, Negeri Sembilan as measured at low water mark from Latitude 02° 26.90' North, Longitude 101° 51.35' East to Latitude 02° 24.95' North, Longitude 101° 51.38' East. Tanjung Tuan 2 Maritime waters within one nautical mile from the outermost points of Tanjung Tuan, Negeri Sembilan as measured at low water mark from Latitude 02° 24-86' North, Longitude 101° 51.53' East to Latitude 02° 25.30' North, Longitude 101° 54.80' East.".
