Establishment of Marine Parks Malaysia (Amendment) Order, 2008

ESTABLISHMENT OF MARINE PARKS MALAYSIA (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2008 PU(A) 033/2008 IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 41(1) of the Fisheries Act 1985[Act 317], the Minister makes the following order: 4 February 2008 1. Citation This order may be cited as the Establishment of Marine Parks Malaysia (Amendment) Order 2008. 2. Amendment of First Schedule The First Schedule to the Establishment of Marine Parks Malaysia Order 1994[P.U. (A) 401/1994] is amended by inserting after item 39 the following items: "40. Pulau Yu Besar Terengganu 41. Pulau Yu Kecil Terengganu".
