ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY (REFRIGERANT MANAGEMENT) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2004 PU(A) 395/2004 IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 51 of the Environmental Quality Act 1974 [Act 127], the Minister, after consultation with the Environmental Quality Council, makes the following regulations: 1. Citation and commencement (1) These regulations may be cited as the Environmental Quality (Refrigerant Management) (Amendment) Regulations 2004. (2) These Regulations come into operation on 1 December 2004. 2. Amendment of regulation 4 The Environmental Quality (Refrigerant Management) Regulations 1999 [P.U. (A) 451/1999] is amended in regulation 4 by substituting for the words "or refrigeration system" the words ", refrigeration system, vehicle air conditioner or an air conditioning equipment ".
