(A) 433 published on 10 December 2009: (a) in the national language text, substitute for: (i) the words "hendaklah mengendalikan" appearing in regulations 5 and 6 the words "hendaklah mereka bentuk dan mengendalikan"; (ii) the word "6" appearing in subregulation 14(1) the word "13"; (iii) the word "(xix)" appearing in lines 29 of the SECOND SCHEDULE the word "(xxix)"; (iv) the words ' "Petunjuk Perhitungan Terakhir" ' appearing in item 4 of the FOURTH SCHEDULE the words ' "Petunjuk Pembuangan Terakhir" '; and (b) in the English language text, substitute for: (i) the words "shall operate" appearing in regulations 5 and 6 the words "shall design and operate"; (ii) the word "6" appearing in subregulation 14(1) the word "13"; and (iii) the word "(xix)" appearing in lines 29 of the SECOND SCHEDULE the word "(xxix)".
