CONTROL OF SUPPLIES (PROHIBITION ON EXPORT) REGULATIONS 1998 PU(A) 4/1998 IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 6(2)(b) of the Control of Supplies Act 1961 (Act 122), the Minister makes the following regulations: 1. Citation. These regulations may be cited as the Control of Supplies (Prohibition On Export) Regulations 1998. 2. Prohibition on export. Subject to regulation 3, no person shall export any controlled article specified in column (1) of the Schedule exceeding the quantity specified against such controlled article in column (2) of the Schedule. 3. Application. Regulation 2 shall not apply to any manufacturer who is under a contractual obligation to supply any of the controlled articles to any person outside Malaysia. 4. Revocation PU(A) 288/96. The Control of Supplies (Prohibition On Export) Regulations 1996 are revoked. SCHEDULE (1) (2) Controlled Article Quantity Wheat flour 2 kilogrammes Cooking oil 2 kilogrammes Sugar 2 kilogrammes Sweetened condensed full cream milk and sweetened condensed filled milk 2 tins Diesel fuel 20 litres.
