Notice made under the Inland Waters Shipping Act (Cap. 71:01)

(1) The Inland Waters Shipping Act is repealed. (2) Any subsidiary legislation made under the Act repealed by subsection (1), in force immediately before the commencement of this Act— (a) shall remain in force unless in conflict with this Act and be deemed to be subsidiary legislation made under this Act; and (b) may be replaced, amended or repealed by subsidiary legislation made under this Act.
