Transcription and Mortgage (Amendment of Schedule) (No. 2) Regulations 2011 GN No. 233 of 2011 THE TRANSCRIPTION AND MORTGAGE ACT Regulations made by the Minister under section 64 of the Transcription and Mortgage Act 1. These regulations may be cited as the Transcription and Mortgage (Amendment of Schedule) (No. 2) Regulations 2011. 2. In these regulations – “Act” means the Transcription and Mortgage Act. 3. The Third Schedule to the Act is amended – (a) in item 2, by deleting the figure “200” wherever it appears and replacing it by the word “Nil”; (b) in item 3, by deleting the figure “200” and replacing it by the word “Nil”. 4. These regulations shall come into operation on 1 January 2012. Made by the Minister on 28 December 2011.
