Short title 2. Repeal 3. Transitional provision An Act To repeal the Sugar Cane Planters Trust Act ENACTED by the Parliament of Mauritius, as follows 1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Sugar Cane Planters Trust (Repeal) Act 2010. 2. Repeal The Sugar Cane Planters Trust Act is repealed. 3. Transitional provision All rights, obligations and liabilities subsisting in favour of or against the Sugar Cane Planters Trust shall, at the commencement of this Act, continue to exist under the same terms and conditions in favour of or against the Ministry responsible for the subject of agriculture.
