Registration Duty (Amendment of Schedule) Regulations 2012 GN No. 29 of 2012 THE REGISTRATION DUTY ACT Regulations made by the Minister under section 49 of the Registration Duty Act 1. These regulations may be cited as the Registration Duty (Amendment of Schedule) Regulations 2012. 2. In these regulations – “Act” means the Registration Duty Act. 3. The Act is amended – (a) in the First Schedule, in Part VII – (i) by lettering the provisions after item (c) as item (d); (ii) in the newly lettered item (d), by deleting the word “Aggregate”; (b) in the Second Schedule, by deleting item 4A and replacing it by the following item – 4A Lease agreement relating to movable property made by a leasing company On the total amount specified in the lease agreement. 4. These regulations shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1 January 2012. Made by the Minister on 01 March 2012.
