Prevention and Mitigation of Infectious Disease (Coronavirus) (Amendment No. 3) Regulations 2020 (GN No. 86 of 2020)

1. These regulations may be cited as the Prevention and Mitigation of Infectious Disease (Coronavirus) (Amendment No. 3) Regulations 2020.

2. In these regulations – “principal regulations” means the Prevention and Mitigation of Infectious Disease (Coronavirus) Regulations 2020.

3. Regulation 14 of the principal regulations is amended, in paragraph (4), by adding the following new subparagraph, the full stop at the end of subparagraph (e) being deleted and replaced by a semicolon – (f) a member of the National Assembly for the purpose of attending a sitting of the National Assembly or any other meeting in relation to the sitting of the National Assembly.

4. These regulations shall come into operation on 4 May 2020. Made by the Minister on 4 May 2020. -------------------------------------
