Native Terrestrial Biodiversity and National Parks (Amendment of Schedule) Regulations 2016 GN No. 201 of 2016 Government Gazette of Mauritius No. 87 of 1 October 2016 THE NATIVE TERRESTRIAL BIODIVERSITY AND NATIONAL PARKS ACT 2015 Regulations made by the Minister under section 49 of the Native Terrestrial Biodiversity and National Parks Act 2015 1. These regulations may be cited as the Native Terrestrial Biodiversity and National Parks (Amendment of Schedule) Regulations 2016. 2. In these regulations — “Act” means the Native Terrestrial Biodiversity and National Parks Act 2015. 3. The Second Schedule to the Act is amended, in Part II, by deleting the following item and its corresponding entries — Cervus timorensis Deer (cerfs) other than fawns 1 June to 30 September and replacing it by the following item and its corresponding entries — 4. These regulations shall come into operation on 1 October 2016. Made by the Minister on 29 September 2016.
