Land Surveyors (Fees for the Survey of State Lands) Regulations 2011 GN No. 58 of 2011 THE LAND SURVEYORS ACT Regulations made by the Minister under Section 20 of the Land Surveyors Act 1. These regulations may be cited as Land Surveyors (Fees for the Survey of State Lands) Regulations 2011. 2. A person, on whose behalf a survey of State Land is carried out by a Government Surveyor, shall pay to Government the appropriate fee specified in the Schedule. 3. These regulations shall not apply to the island of Rodrigues. 4. The Land Surveyors (Fees for the survey of State Lands) Regulations 1993 are revoked. 5. These regulations shall come into operation on 19 March 2011. Made by the Minister on the 11 March 2011 SCHEDULE [Regulation 2] Survey Fees Rs 1. 2. Survey of a building site for residential purposes Survey of a campement, commercial or industrial site 1,000 (a) (b) of an extent of 4,221 m2 (1 Arpent) or less of an extent of 4,221 m2 (1 Arpent) 5,000 5,000 and a further amount of Rs 3,000 for each additional portion of 4,221m2 (1 Arpent) or part thereof 3. Survey of a site, of less than 4,221m2 (1 Arpent), required for religious, charitable or portion of educational or for or purposes of public utility 1,000 and a further amount of Rs 1,000 for each additional portion of 4,221m2 (1 Arpent) or part thereof 4.
