Land Surveyors (Diplomas) Regulations 2011 GN No. 36 of 2011 THE LAND SURVEYORS ACT Regulations made by the Minister under section 20 of the Land Surveyors Act 1. These regulations may be cited as the Land Surveyors (Diplomas) Regulations 2011. 2. For the purposes of section 5(1)(b)(ii) of the Land Surveyors Act, the qualifications set out in the Schedule to these regulations shall be the appropriate qualifications. 3. The Land Surveyors (Diplomas) Regulations 1979 are revoked. Made by the Minister on 3 March 2011.
