Irrigation Area (Declaration) (Revocation) Regulations 2009 GN No. 143 of 2009 Government Gazette of Mauritius No. 101 of 14 November 2009 THE IRRIGATION AUTHORITY ACT Regulations made by the Minister under sections 14 and 21 of the Irrigation Authority Act 1. These regulations may be cited as the Irrigation Area (Declaration) (Revocation) Regulations 2009. 2. The Irrigation Area (Declaration) Regulations 2006, published as Government Notice No. 214 of 2008, are revoked. Made by the Minister on 28 October 2009.
