Food (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2023 GN No. 28 of 2023 Government Gazette of Mauritius No. 18 of 4 March 2023 THE FOOD ACT Regulations made by the Minister under section 18 of the Food Act 1. These regulations may be cited as the Food (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2023. 2. In these regulations "principal regulations" means the Food Regulations 1999. 3. The Thirty-third Schedule to the principal regulations is revoked and replaced by the Thirty-third Schedule as set out in the First Schedule of these regulations. 4. These regulations shall come into operation on 1 March 2023. Made by the Minister on 1 March 2023. SCHEDULE [Regulation 3] THIRTY-THIRD SCHEDULE [Regulation 104 (1) (e)] PERMITTED FOOD CONDITIONER 1. Protease (from Aspergillus oryzae) 9. Protease (from Bacillus subtilis) 10. Rennet 11.
