These regulations may be cited as the Environment Protection (Amendment of Schedule) Regulations 2008 . 2. In these regulations "Act" means the Environment Protection Act 2002. 3. The Fifth Schedule to the Act is repealed and replaced by the Schedu le to these regulations. 4. These regulations shall come into operation Oil I May 2008. Made by the Minister on I April 2008.
