Commodities (Indication of Origin) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 GN No. 29 of 2018 Government Gazette of Mauritius No. 24 of 17 March 2018 THE FAIR TRADING ACT Regulations made by the Minister under section 8 of the Fair Trading Act 1. These regulations may be cited as the Commodities (Indication of Origin) (Amendment) Regulations 2018. 2. In these regulations — “principal regulations” means the Commodities (Indication of Origin) Regulations 1981. 3. The Schedule to the principal regulations is amended by inserting, in the appropriate alphabetical order, the following new item — Handicraft products 4. These regulations shall come into operation on 1 May 2018. Made by the Minister on 9 March 2018.
