Central Water Authority (Dry Season) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2023 GN No. 54 of 2023 Government Gazette of Mauritius No. 35 of 29 April 2023 THE CENTRAL WATER AUTHORITY ACT Regulations made by the Central Water Board, with the approval of the Minister, under section 49 of the Central Water Authority Act 1. These regulations may be cited as the Central Water Authority (Dry Season) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2023. 2. In these regulations – "principal regulations" means the Central Water Authority (Dry Season) (Amendment) Regulations 2023. 3. Regulation 7 of the principal regulations is amended by deleting the words "30 April 2023" and replacing them by the following words "31 May 2023". Made by the Central Water Board on 27 April 2023 and approved by the Minister on 28 April 2023.
