Cadastral Survey (Application for PIN and Fees) Regulations 2012 GN No. 24 of 2012 Government Gazette of Mauritius No. 24 of 3 March 2012 THE CADASTRAL SURVEY ACT 2011 Regulations made by the Minister under section 21 of the Cadastral Survey Act 2011 1. These regulations may be cited as the Cadastral Survey (Application for PIN and Fees) Regulations 2012. 2. In these regulations "Act" means the Cadastral Survey Act 2011. 3. An application under section 7(3) of the Act shall (a) be made in the form set out in the First Schedule; and (b) be accompanied by the appropriate fee specified in the Second Schedule. 4. A survey plan shall be issued subject to payment of the fee specified in the Second Schedule. 5. These regulations shall come into operation on 5 March 2012.
