It-titolu ta’ dawn ir-regolamenti hu Regolamenti tal-2011 Titolu. li Jemendaw ir-Regolamenti dwar Maniġġar ta’ Skart (Batteriji u Akkumulaturi), u għandhom jinqraw u jiftiehmu ħaġa waħda mar-Regolamenti tal-2010 dwar Maniġġar ta’ Skart (Batteriji u A.L. 55 tal-2010. Akkumulaturi), hawn iżjed ’il quddiem imsejħa “ir-regolamenti prinċipali”. 2. Minflok is-subregolament (1) tar-regolament 7 tar- Jemenda regolament 7 tar-regolamenti regolamenti prinċipali, għandu jidħol dan li ġej: prinċipali. “(1) L-Awtorità Kompetenti għandha tikkalkula r-rata ta’ ġbir għall-ewwel darba fir-rigward tas-sena 2011.”. The title of these regulations is the Waste Management (Waste Batteries and Accumulators) (Amendment) Regulations, 2011, and they shall be read and construed as one with the Waste L.N. 55 of 2010. Management (Waste Batteries and Accumulators) Regulations, 2010, hereinafter referred to as “the principal regulations”. Amends regulation 2.
