It-titolu ta’ dawn ir-regolamenti hu Regolamenti ta’ l-2011 li Jemendaw ir-Regolamenti dwar l-Immaniġġar ta’ l-Iskart (Vjaġġi ta’ Skart), u għandhom jinqraw u jiftiehmu ħaġa waħda mar Regolamenti tal-2011 dwar l-Immaniġġar ta’ l-Iskart (Vjaġġi ta’ Skart), hawn iżjed ‘il quddiem imsejħa “ir-regolamenti prinċipali”. 2. Dawn ir-regolamenti jittrasponu d-dispożizzjoni relatata mar-Regolament (EC) Nru. 1013/2006 tal-14 ta’ Ġunju 2006 dwar vjaġġi ta’ skart kif imfisser fid-Direttiva 2009/31/EC dwar il-Ħżin Ġeoloġiku tad-Dijossidu tal-Karbonju. 3. Fir-regolament 3 tar-regolamenti prinċipali, minnufih wara s-subparagrafu (3) tiegħu għandu jidħol dan is-subparagrafu ġdid li ġej: “(4) vjaġġi ta’ dijossidu tal-karbonju għal skopijiet ta’ ħżin ġeoloġiku skond ir-Regolamenti tal-2011 dwar il-Ħżin Ġeoloġiku tad-Dijossidu tal-Karbonju.”. Suppliment tal-Gazzetta tal-Gvern ta’ Malta Nru. 18,826, 8 ta’ Novembru, 2011 Taqsima B B 5620 VERŻJONI ELETTRONIKA L.N. 440 of 2011 ENVIRONMENT AND DEVELOPMENT PLANNING ACT (CAP. 504) Waste Management (Shipments of Waste) (Amendment), Regulations, 2011 IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by articles 61 and 62 of the Environment and Development Planning Act, the Prime Minister, after consultation with the Malta Environment and Planning Authority, has made the following regulations: 1. The title of these regulations is the Waste Management (Shipments of Waste) (Amendment)Regulations, 2011, and they shall be read and construed as one with the Waste Management (Shipments of Waste) Regulations, 2011, hereinafter referred to as “the principal regulations”. 2. These regulations transpose the provision related to Regulation (EC) No1013/2006 of 14 June 2006 on shipments of waste as outlined in Directive 2009/31/EC on the Geological Storage of Carbon Dioxide. 3. In regulation 3 of the principal regulations, immediately after sub-paragraph (3) thereof there shall be added the following new sub-paragraph: “(4) shipments of CO2 for the purposes of geological storage in accordance with the Geological Storage of Carbon Dioxide Regulations, 2011.”.
