B 3999 VERŻJONI ELETTRONIKA B 3999 L.N. 323 of 2013 PLANT QUARANTINE ACT (CAP. 433) Seeds of Agricultural Plants and Vegetables (Amendment) Regulations, 2013 IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 32 of the Plant Quarantine Act, the Minister for Sustainable Development, the Environment and Climate Change has made the following regulations: Citation and scope. S.L. 433.21 1. (1) The title of these regulations is the Seeds of Agricultural Plants and Vegetables (Amendment) Regulations, 2013, and these regulations shall be read and construed as one with the Seeds of Agricultural Plants and Vegetables Regulations, hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations". (2) The scope of these regulations is to transpose Commission Directive 2012/37/EU amending certain Annexes of Council Directives 66/401/EC and 66/402/EEC as regards the conditions to be satisfied by the seed of Galega orientalis Lam., the maximum weight of a seed lot of certain fodder plant species and the sample size of Sorghum spp. Amends Schedule III to the principal regulations. 2. In the second column of Table 1.14 of Schedule III to the principal regulations, under the entry Galega orientalis, the words "60" , shall be substituted by the words "60(a)(b)". Amends Schedule IV to the principal regulations. 3.
