Title.1. The title of this Order is Prohibition of Importation of Certain Foodstuffs Order. Prohibition. 2. The importation into Malta of any fresh fish, shell-fish, vegetables, fruit or other foodstuffs arriving from any part of the countries set out in the Schedule to this Order is prohibited, unless the Chief Government Medica1 Officer and Superintendent of Public Heal th is sat isf ied that any such ar t ic le is f ree from contamination or infection.
