B 1035 L.N. 91 of 2007 PESTICIDES CONTROL ACT (CAP. 430) Plant Protection Products (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 2007 IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 4 and 5 of the Pesticides Control Act, the Minister for Rural Affairs and the Environment has made the following regulations: Title and scope. L.N. 115 of 2004. 1. (1) The title of these regulations is the Plant Protection Products (Amendment) (No.2) Regulations, 2007 and they shall be read and construed as one with the Plant Protection Products Regulations, 2004, hereinafter in these regulations referred to as "the principal regulations". (2) The scope of these regulations is to transpose the European Commission Directive amending Directive 91/414/EEC as regards standard phrases for special risks and safety precautions for plant protection products. Amends Schedule IV to the principal regulations. 2.
