MILCH ANIMALS IN INHABITED AREAS [S.L.10.24 1 SUBSIDIARY LEGISLATION 10.24 MILCH ANIMALS IN INHABITED AREAS REGULATIONS 27th February, 1958; 1st March, 1964 GOVERNMENT NOTICE 150 of 1958 and LEGAL NOTICE 10 of 1964, consolidated. Title.1. The title of these Regulations is Milch Animals in Inhabited Areas Regulations. Interpretation. Cap. 10. 2. In these Regulations "inhabited area"- has the same meaning assigned to it by article 2 of the Code of Police Laws. Milch animals in inhabited areas in Malta or Gozo. 3. It shall be unlawful for any person to bring or cause to be brought into any inhabited area within the parish boundaries of any town or village in Malta or Gozo any milch animals, or to lead, drive or cause or allow to be led or driven any such animals in such areas: Provided that such animals may be led or driven within the said areas between the pen and the boundaries of the town or village wherein the pen is situated along the route to be specified in each case by the Commissioner of Police.
