It-titolu ta’ dawn ir-regolamenti hu Regolamenti ta’ l-2009 li jemendaw l-Ewwel Skeda li tinsab ma l-Att dwar l-Eko Kontribuzzjoni (Emenda Nru. 3), u dawn għandhom jinqraw u jiftiehmu ħaġa waħda ma’ l-Ewwel Skeda li tinsab ma’ l-Att dwar l-Eko-Kontribuzzjoni, hawn iżjed ’il quddiem imsejjħa “l-Ewwel Skeda”. 2. Fl-Ewwel Skeda taħt l-intestatura “Appliancies used for washing and cooking” taħt H.S. Code Number 7321, minnufih wara l-kliem “but excluding charcoal barbecue tables” għandhom jidħlu l-kliem “and gas fired barbecues with lava or other similar solid heat conducting material as a heating source”.
