B 3584 VERŻJONI ELETTRONIKA B 3584 L.N. 284 of 2013 FOOD SAFETY ACT (CAP. 449) Dietary Foods for Special Medical Purposes (Amendment) Regulations, 2013 IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 10 of the Food Safety Act, the Minister for Health has made the following regulations: Citation. S.L.449.29 1. The title of these regulations is the Dietary Foods for Special Medical Purposes (Amendment) Regulations, 2013, and these regulations shall be read and construed as one with the Dietary Foods for Special Medical Purposes Regulations, hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations". Scope. 2. These regulations implement the provisions of Commission Directive 2013/26/EU of 8 February 2013 adapting certain Directives in the field of food safety, veterinary and phytosanitary policy, by reason of the accession of Croatia. Substitutes the Second Schedule to the principal regulations. 3.
