S.L. 425.13. 1. The title of these regulations is the Blue Fin Tuna Harvesting (Amendment) Regulations, 2020 and these regulations shall be read and construed as one with the Blue Fin Tuna Harvesting Regulations, hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations". Amends regulation 3 of the principal regulations. 2. Regulation 3 of the principal regulations shall be amended as follows: (a) in sub-regulation (6) thereof, the words "The operator" shall be substituted by the words "Without prejudice to sub-regulation (7), the operator"; and (b) immediately after sub-regulation (6) thereof, there shall be added the following new sub-regulation: Transitory provision. S.L. 425.12. 3. These regulations shall apply in full in relation to live fish which on the date of the coming into force of these regulations are held in breach of regulation 8 of the Aquaculture Operations Regulations. S.L. 425.12. "(7) All the provisions of regulation 8 of the Aquaculture Operations Regulations shall apply mutatis mutandis to the operations regulated by these regulations.". VERŻJONI ELETTRONIKA
