Development Finance & Marketing Corp CAP. 15.06 31 Revision Date: 1 Jan 2002 [Subsidiary] LAWS OF MONTSERRAT SPECIFIED PRODUCE ORDER – SECTION 38 (S.R.O. 43/1977) Commencement [1 December 1977] Short title 1. This Order may be cited as the Specified Produce Order. Interpretation 2. In this Order— “Corporation” means the Montserrat Development Finance and Marketing Corporation established under the Act. Specified produce 3. The products specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be “specified produce” within the meaning of section 38 of the Montserrat Development Finance and Marketing Corporation Act. Corporation sole importer 4. Subject to such conditions as the Governor in Council may from time to time determine, the Corporation shall be the sole importer of specified produce. Licence by Corporation 5. No person or organization other than the Corporation shall import any “specified produce” except under licence granted by the Corporation. Licence fees 6.
