Amendment of the Water Authority Ordinance

Amendment of Section 17. 2. Section 17 01' the Water Authority Ordinance (.No. 6 of' 1972) is hereby amended: (a) by deleting all the words in sub section 3 {a) there or and substituting there for the words "cut, 1'ell or burn any tree or underwood whatsoever growing above any water course in such area, or within a radius 01' three hundred yarc:Ls of any such watercourse. 11 (b) by deleting all the words in sub section 3(b) thereof and substituting therefor the words "cultivate land above any watercourse or within a radius of three hundred yards of' any such watercourse. 11
