As used i n t h i s a c t : (a ) "Canned food" means any canned food t h a t has been hermetical sealed and processed and prepared , human consumption, including canned or preserved f r u i t s , vegetables or other a r t i c l e s of food. There i s spec i f ica l ly excluded for purposes o f this section canned goods a re outdated, rusted, leaking, swollen or defective, o r cannot be offered for s a l e t o of t h e general public. 1 (b) "Donee" means any chari table , or nonprofit organization as well as any individual o r family. (c) "Edible means any dairy o r hort icul tural product or any product designed o r intended for consumption or prepared principally an agr icul tura l , da i ry hort icul tural product.
