THE STATE GREAT KHURAL OF MONGOLIA RES 0 L UTI 0 N November 11, 1994 No.78 Ulaanbaatar About some measures to implement the Land Law In Sftnnection with the adoption of the Land Law the State Great Khural of Mongolia DECREES: To entrust the Government of Mongolia to undertake the fol lowing measures: 1/ to renew within 1995 the Land Fund registration and clas sification of Mongolia; 2/ to supply aimak, the capital city, soum Governors' Offices with personnel specialized in tion, and train them in land management; and district land organiza 3/ to elaborate within 1994 the draft law on Land Rent and submit it to the State Great Khural; 4/ to approve and officialize procedures, instructions, cer tifica~es and other 'forms of documents required for implementing the Land Law; 5/ to have by April 1, 1995 the decisions of the Go v e r-n n e n e , ministt'ies and special agencies to be in compliance with the Land Law.
