1 DÉCRET N° 66 / PG-RM Article 1 : La nomenclature des médicaments essentiels pour la protection sanitaire du cheptel au Mali est fixée conformément au tableau annexé au présent décret; Article 2 : Cette nomenclature est révisable tous les deux ans ; Article 3 : Dans l’intervalle, toute autre spécialité pharmaceutique dont la nécessité serait prouvée pour la protection sanitaire du cheptel par la Direction Nationale de l’Elevage, pourrait être importée par arrêté conjoint du Ministre chargé de l’Elevage et du Ministre chargé de la Santé Publique. Article 4 : Les médicaments, objet de cette nomenclature et ceux importés conformément aux dispositions de l’article ci-dessus, sont exonérés de tous impôts, droits et taxes au cordon douanier. Article 5 : Les infractions aux dispositions du présent décret seront réprimées conformément à la législation en vigueur. Article 6 : Le Ministre chargé de l’Elevage, le Ministre chargé de la Santé Publique et le Ministre des Finances et du Commerce sont chargés chacun en ce qui le concerne de l’exécution du présent décret qui sera enregistré et publié au Journal Officiel.
