This Regulation prescribes the amount and procedures for payment of the State fee for the issuance of a permit for the use of water resources (hereinafter – permit). 2. The amount of the State fee for the issuance of a permit is LVL 55. 3. The State fee shall be paid prior to the receipt of the permit using one of the following methods of payment: 3.1. through a credit institution or another institution which has the right to provide payment services within the meaning of the Law On Payment Services and Electronic Money; 3.2. by payment card to the State Environmental Service. 4.
