LEGAL NOTICE NO. 31 OF 1995 Range Management and Grazing Control (Amendment) Regulations 1995 Pursuant to section 4 (,1) of the Land Husbandry Act 19691, I, NTSUKUNYANE MPHANYA Minister of Agriculture, Cooperatives and Marketing and Youth Affairs make the following regulati ons : 1. These regulations may be cited as the Range Management and Grazing Control (Amendment) Regulations 1995. Trespass upon LeboelIa 2. Regulation 6 of the principal r egulations> is amended in subr e gulation (3) by omitting from paragraph (ii) "M60.00" and substituting "M6·00". N. Mphanya, Minister of Agriculture, Cooperatives, Marketing and YOIIth Affairs. NOTE 1. Act No. 22 of 1969 as amended by Act No. 19 of 1974. 2. Legal Not ice No. 39 of 1980 as amended by Legal Notice No. 144 of 1986. Legal Notice No. 78 of 1992 and Legal Notice No. 150 of 1993.
