AN ACT TO Al\fENI) THE AGRICULTURE LAW TO PRO· VIDE FOR TilE PRr~"ENTION0[·' WATEH POI.LUTION MD TO PROTECT THE MARI~E LIFf~ WITHIN THE RIVERS AND STREAMS OF·' lUI; REPUBLIC. 1& is enacted by the Sf!natc and House of Representatives of the Republic qf Li&cria,. in 1.,c{j1$'a!ur6 A$,cmbled: Section 1. Section 1.4 of the A~icnltureLaw is hereby amended by addinG thereto :t new sub-section 101m (k),to read as follow!!: (k) Upon approval of the President, promulgate rules and rcgn.t8tion~ rertaining fo the protection of the marine life wrthin the rivers and streams and the protection of water pollution within the l:cllUMic. Section 2. This Act shall take effect immediately upon publication in hand-bills.
