I, Anura Priyadarshana Yapa, Minister of Environment do by this order declare the State Lands located within 47136.3142 hec. of land depicted in schedule 01, 02, 03 and 04 and except the land area given in schedule 05 and 06 which are located within that as Bakmitiyawa - Timbirigolla Reserved Forest from 01st day of October, 2010.
