I, Mahinda Rajapaksa, President of Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka and the Minister-in-charge of the subject of Defence and Urban Development, being of opinion that the land specified in the schedule hereto is urgently required for the purpose of carrying out and Urban Development Project do by this order declare that the said land is required for the such purpose.
