DUMINDA DISSANAYAKE, Minister of Agriculture. Colombo, 1st June, 2017. Regulations 1. These Regulations may be cited as Control of Pesticides Regulations (Time Limits) 01 st of 2017. 2. The time limit between the use of pesticides, specified in Column I of the Schedule hereto on the food crop specified in the corresponding entry in Column II of the Schedule and the harvest of that food crop shall be as specified in the corresponding entry in Column III of the Schedule. 3. Where any such crop contains any residue of a pesticide such residue shall not exceed the level specified in the corresponding entry in Column IV of that Schedule. 4. The regulations published in Gazette Extraordinary No. 433/3 of December 24, 1986 are hereby rescinded.
