255 SAINT LUCIA STATUTORY INSTRUMENT, 2017, No. 90 [ 11th September, 2017 ] In exercise of the power conferred under section 39(2)(i) of the Fisheries Act, Cap. 7.15, the Minister responsible for fisheries makes these Regulations: Citation 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Fisheries (Amendment) Regulations, 2017. Amendment of Schedule 10 2.
