Guidance on List of Eligible and Prohibited Wooden Products for Export

Article 1: Adoption The Minister agrees to adopt a list of eligible and prohibited wooden products for export in accordance with appendix 01 and 02 (see annexes).

Article 2: Implementation Department of Industry and Handicraft issues a guidance on the list of eligible and prohibited wooden products for export. Provincial and Vientiane Capital Department of Industry and Commerce shall coordinate with relevant agencies to strictly implement this decision.

Article 3: Enforcement This Decision enters into forced from the date of signature. Wooden furniture products are allowed to export as parts of the full set or unit and completely packaged or full set according to the needs of the market, but shal l be gone through each certain process of products such as table, chair, cabinet, bed, etc. Separation of products for export is prohibited such as solely export of table legs, chair legs.
