Article 1: Approves the organizational structure of offices, departments, department-equivalent units, and second-level technical units under the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, as detailed below: I. Article 2: The organizational structure stipulated in Article 1 shall apply to all offices, divisions, equivalent units, and second-level technical units. Relevant parties shall implement this structure as the basis for determining mandates, responsibilities, and authority. Proposals for amendment shall be submitted to the Committee for Organizational Structure Improvement (Organization and Personnel Department) for review and consolidation before presentation to the Party Committee and the Ministry’s leadership for approval.
