1. These Regulations may be cited as the National Conservation (Fees and Citation and commencement Forms) Regulations, 2016.
2. The Council shall prepare and publish in the Gazette and in such other Forms media as it considers necessary the forms required under the Law for permits and licences and for the applications for such permits and licences.
3. The fees chargeable for applications for permits and licences and for Fees permits and licences under the Law are as follows - Fees Application for any type of permit or licence other than for a tourist vessel licence in wildlife interaction zone None Application for wild life interaction zone tourist vessel licence- vessels under 50 feet in length $50 Application for wild life interaction zone tourist vessel licence - vessels 50 feet or more in length $100 Wildlife interaction zone tourist $100- payable by 30th January of each vessel licence – vessels under 50 feet year in length Where first licence granted after 30th 3 The National Conservation (Fees and Forms) Regulations, 2016 January, fee is pro-rated at $8.00 per month Wildlife interaction zone tourist $200- payable by 30th January of each vessel licence - vessels 50 feet or year more in length Where first licence granted after 30th January, fee is pro-rated at $16.00 per month Fish pot licence $10 Spear gun licence $50 Licence to take turtle $25 Seine net licence $25 Individual lionfish culling permit Nil Individual lionfish spear permit $20 Company lionfish spear permit- $20 either type Made in Cabinet the 9th day of August, 2016.
