Marine Conservation (Fishing Licences) Regulations, 2003

1. These regulations may be cited as the Marine Conservation (Fishing Citation Licences) Regulations.

2. (I) An application for a monthly and an annual fishing licence shall be in Fonns Form A and Form Bin the Schedule respectively. All Marine Conservation Laws shall be obeyed. 2. The use of 'hook-and-line' only is permitted. 3. Only fin fish (of the group 'Pisces') may be taken. The taking of lobster, conch, turtle, or other protected fin fish species is not permitted. 4. No more than four fish in total may be taken in any one day, and fish must be eight inches or greater in length. 5. The licence holder shall fish for personal consumption only, and shall not indulge in any trade or barter of fish.

6. The licence holder shall keep this licence on his person during any line ( fishing activity.

7.
