THE MARINE CONSERVATION LAW, 1978 THE MARINE CONSERVATION [AMENDMENT] REGULATIONS, 1980 In exercise of the powers conferred upon the Governor in Council by section 24 of the Marine Conservation Law, 1978, the following Regulations are hereby made 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Marine Conservation (Amendment) Regulations, 1980. 2. Regulation 4 of the Marine Conservation Regulations, 1979, (hereinafter referred to as the principal Regulations) is hereby revoked and the following new regulation substituted therefor "Badges, insignia 4.
