These regulations may be cited as the Prohibited Fishing Areas (Designation) Regulations. Prohibition of 2. Fishing is prohibited in the areas specified in the Schedule to these Regulations (referred fishing to as "prohibited fishing areas"). Penalty 3. Any person who fishes in a prohibited fishing area commits an offence and shall be liable to imprisonment for 6 months and to a fine of $1,000.
