The whole context is as follows: LAW ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT Article 1: The Ministry of Environment is established under tlle jurisdiction of the Royal Government of Cambodia. Article 2: The Ministry of Environment has tlle competence of leading and administering the domain of Environment of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Article 3: The Ministry of Environment is headed by a Minister and assisted by a Secretary of State and /or Under Secretary of State according to the necessity. Article 4: The organization and the functioning of the Ministry of Environment shall be delineated by the Sub-Decree. Article 5: Any dispositions contrast to this Law shall be abrogated. Article 6: This Law shall be announced immediately.
