REGULATIONS on allocation of land from the Agricultural Land Redistribution Fund to the seed-growing, livestock-breeding, testing and selecting, experimental farms and state variety testing enterprises 1. Land plots of the Agricultural Land Redistribution Fund are allocated for the establishment of new and operation of existing seed-growing, livestock-breeding, testing and selecting, experimental farms and state variety testing enterprises which are included into the list approved by the Decree of the Kyrgyz Republic Government dated October 4, 1994, # 745, under condition of implementation of a deep reform and maintenance of their specialisation in the field of livestock-breeding and seed-growing business. 2. In order to solve an issue on allocation of land from the Agricultural Land Redistribution Fund, in each rural council, on the petition of the local state administration, a Commission of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food is set up which considers and justifies the requirement for the establishment of agricultural enterprises indicated in Point 1. 3. In order to allocate land from the Agricultural Land Redistribution Fund, the Commission of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Kyrgyz Republic should: • assess the requirement in seeds or breeding material, planting area, and also in a number breeding animals; • have specialised agricultural machinery and equipment, warehouses for storing seeds, breeding material and other resources. According to the Resolution of the Directorate of Land and Agrarian Reform within the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Kyrgyz Republic, all required documents on allocation of land plot to the agricultural enterprises, indicated in Point 1, are prepared by the rayon land management service.
